Where can I find LTC Jobs in assisted living.

I am able to find Assisted living jobs but what I need to find is LTC Jobs. I am tired of switching all the time with my jobs in assisted living. It seems that every other week I have to switch my Assisted living jobs. I want to go to the same jobsite f or a long period of time as you do with LTC Jobs. Ideally I would like LTC Jobs that are pretty close to my home as travel expenses can be a burden. My last 2 jobs in assisted living I had to travel close to an hour each way everyday. It seems as soon as I learn how to get to any of my Assisted living jobs I have to start all over again.
