OnlyLTCjobs.com was created for Long Term Care Professionals by a Long Term Care Professional.  For years the big job boards have tried to meet every employer's need.  Many times searches for Nursing Home Administrators or Assisted Living Wellness Directors produced hundreds of candidates, but only a small handful that really fit.  The tools were great, the autosearches and e-mailing of candidates or jobs that hit the inbox was wonderful, but more time was spent deleting the jobs or candidates that were far from qualified, than evaluating the jobs or candidates that actually were.
